Shipping Policy

How Higher Self Hemp orders are shipped:

All orders are shipped discreetly via USPS Priority Mail in a generic box with "HSH" as the sender. Products are vacuum sealed and smell-proof. A "Notice to Law Enforcement" document accompanies each package along with the test results for each item. 


We use recycled, sustainable packing materials wherever possible.


Please be aware that shipping in warm weather may result in damage to heat-sensitive and perishable products. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve their order after it has been delivered. We are not responsible for any heat damage to perishable items that may occur during shipping.



Shipping Cost:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


We offer free shipping for orders over $75. (Continental US only, excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.)



Shipping Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has cleared and you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


There may occasionally be processing delays due to a high volume of orders. Please feel free to contact us at higherselfhemp@protonmail.com with any questions about a delay.


Please also bear in mind that recent events have affected the reliability of shipping carriers and that there may be postal service problems that are outside of our control.



Tracking:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on the USPS website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at higherselfhemp@protonmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Product arrived damaged:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at higherselfhemp@protonmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
